Suncloud Art tags are lanyard tags sold both at conventions and online at suncloudart.sumupstore.com. Each tag has been created as a form of communication, and they are collected to help express identity and emotion.
How do I submit a tag I have purchased?
After signing up and logging in, navigate to your profile and click "Submit Tags". Take a clear photo showing the tag(s) you own, select which tags are in the photo, and submit for verification. Our team will review your submission within 24-48 hours.
What are the tier requirements?
Progress through tiers by collecting more tags: Tag Baby (10 tags), Tag Hoarder (20 tags), Tag Elite (40 tags), Tag Royalty (60 tags), Tag Addict (80 tags) and Tag Almighty (100 tags). Each tier unlocks an exclusive, free tag.
How do I receive my exclusive, free tag?
When you reach a new tier, you are eligible for a free tag. Our team will contact you and give you the option of either picking up your exclusive tag at a future convention, or have it sent to your chosen address at no additional cost.
Can I share my collection publicly?
Yes! You can enable a public profile page in your account settings. This creates a shareable link where others can view your collection, see your tier progress, and discover which tags you own. You control what information is displayed publicly.
Is the site free to use?
Yes, The Tag Emporium is completely free to use. Create your account, start collecting tags, and progress through tiers at no cost. All features including photo submissions, wishlist management, and public profiles are available to all users.
What happens if my submission is rejected?
If a submission is rejected, you'll receive a notification with the reason. Common reasons include unclear photos, tags not visible, or incorrect tag selection. You can always resubmit with a better photo. Our team is here to help ensure successful submissions.
